Bill Clinton was in Cisco Campus last week in connection with some strategic meeting for Cisco, which they have it yearly at Monterey, CA. Clinton has made it clear to its employees, they come first in line in respect to immigration/Green Cards. Rest follow. So it may be a good idea if followed up with Bill. He supports Tech Industry. Apparently, employees have access to this info via Video On Demand internally.

I wanted to know if we can transfer an approved H1 while on OPT?
For ex Company A applies for my H1 and gets approved in May 2007 although it applies fromOct 2007. Now i get an offer from Company B before Oct 2007 say in July 2007. Can i transfer my H1 even though it starts from Oct 2007?

Can people post experiences on turnaround time for getting medical test documents back from the doctor? I have heard 2-3 days after initial appointment, but the doctor's offices I have called say 7-10 business days. Also, I have heard that some doctor's are faster than others. Is this true?

Hi
I filed my 485 on June 4th 2007 with NSC. It was transferred to TSC and received my Receipt notice. Now I am going to file my AP.
My question is where should I file my AP?. Do I need to file with NSC or TSC?.
Please someone respond.

Future action items might include drafting documents and letters to support this provision. There maybe actions such as sending emails etc. However we would not be able to open a public action item unless we can have thousands of our members willing to participate in a grassroots action item. This survey intends to understand the needs of our membership for this provision and collect grassroots information.
The fact is we have a dedicated group of volunteers (and we need more) who have been trying their best to spread the message about this initiative so that a strong grass-roots support can be created leading up to launch of the public action items. So far we have around 1100 people who have responded. Based on quick calculations carried out using PERM data, it is estimated that there are at least 60K-70K EB applicants waiting to file I-485/EAD/AP (this is a very conservative estimate..the actual number could be much more). Grass-roots initiatives require time and patience and we request maximum number of impacted folks to participate actively.

A new poll from Bendixen and Associates of 800 Hispanic voters across the country reveals an electorate that is leaning Democratic, but one that is very concerned over how the Democrats are handling the immigration issue. My wife couldn't get Xray on a failed TB skin test, because she was pregnant at the time we filed our 485. Our priority date will be current in August.
Should we wait for a RFE on her medicals? Or is it possible to go ahead and do it, and send an update to USCIS?
Given a situation, one way to dust a file is to send the medical with a cover letter.

Hi metguh!
You cannot adjust the brightness of an object in Blend. What you can do, though, is alter the opacity or transparency.
For best practice from going from PS to Blend, what I would do is rasterize the image and import that image into your Blend project. Silverlight supports images that are PNG and JPEG.
